Harvested in late Summer and early Autumn, this pure heather honey has a unique flavour and more dense consistency. Highly sought after by chefs and honey connoisseurs, our heather honey is made from nectar gathered from the heather covered foothills of Pen-y-fâl (Sugar Loaf). 

It is an all natural, untreated and cold-filtered product. Just as nature intended.
